4. Acceptable Use Policy

- Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Policy

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
5. WhatsApp Compliance
As a WhatsApp automation platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Terms of Service
- You have obtained proper consent from recipients before sending messages
- You will respect opt-out requests and maintain proper unsubscribe mechanisms
- We are not responsible for actions taken by WhatsApp against your account

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Perpetual and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create using our service, including automation flows and message templates. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perpetual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Loss of business opportunities
- Damages arising from WhatsApp account restrictions or bans
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of any information
